Tonight was kinda a fusion of culinary weirdness. I had a flatbread pizza with smoked salmon, cream cheese/mozzarella blend, capers and cucumber. It was incredible to taste. 4 bloody marys heavy on the grey goose may have helped it along. The accompanying caprese salad was a nice touch as well. Who doesn't love a caprese salad?? Hope all is well in the ham!
